This Refund Policy governs all purchases made through Adwix Academy, operated by Adwix Media (“we,” “our,” “us”). This policy applies to digital products, online courses, subscription services, mentorship programs, live workshops, downloadable materials, and any future offerings made available through our website.

By purchasing any product or service from Adwix Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

Due to the digital nature of most of our offerings, refunds are handled with strict but fair guidelines to protect both the business and genuine customers.

Nature of Digital Products

Most products sold through Adwix Academy are digital. These include but are not limited to PDF kits, templates, automation flows, swipe files, checklists, video trainings, structured online programs, and recorded educational materials.

Digital products are considered delivered once access is granted or files are made available for download. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be returned once accessed. Therefore, all purchases are generally treated as final unless specifically stated otherwise.

Refund Eligibility for Digital Downloads

Refunds for downloadable digital products may be considered only under limited circumstances. A refund request must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The product must not have been substantially downloaded, accessed, or consumed.
There must be a technical issue preventing access that cannot be resolved by our support team.
The request must include valid proof of purchase and the order identification number.

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

Change of mind after purchase.
Failure to implement strategies provided in the product.
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference.
Expectation of specific business results.
Finding similar information elsewhere.
Lack of technical knowledge required to use the product.

We reserve the sole right to determine whether refund conditions have been satisfied.

Refund Policy for Online Courses and Structured Programs

For structured courses, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, AI automation programs, and advanced growth systems, refund eligibility depends on the nature of the program.

Unless otherwise stated on the specific product page, course purchases may be eligible for a refund within seven (7) days of enrollment, provided that:

You have not completed more than twenty-five percent (25%) of the course content.
You have not downloaded substantial accompanying materials.
You have not attended live sessions, workshops, or coaching calls associated with the course.

If more than 25% of course material has been accessed, or if live sessions have been attended, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

After seven (7) days from enrollment, all sales are final.

Live, Cohort-Based, or Mentorship Programs

Programs that include live training, cohort participation, mentorship, group coaching, or one-on-one consulting are subject to stricter refund terms due to limited seating and resource allocation.

Refunds for such programs may only be requested prior to the official program start date. Once the first live session has commenced, no refunds will be granted.

Seats in live programs are reserved and cannot be reallocated once confirmed. Administrative, preparation, and opportunity costs are incurred in advance.

Partial refunds may be offered solely at our discretion before the program begins.

Subscription Services

If Adwix Academy introduces subscription-based services in the future, the following terms will apply unless otherwise specified:

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
You may cancel at any time before the next billing date.
Cancellation prevents future billing but does not result in partial refunds for the current billing period.
Access remains active until the end of the paid cycle.

Failure to cancel prior to renewal constitutes authorization to charge the payment method on file.

Processing of Refunds

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within seven to ten (7–10) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or financial institutions.

Transaction fees charged by payment gateways may be deducted where applicable.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team constitutes a violation of this policy.

In such cases:

Immediate suspension of account access may occur.
Access to all purchased content may be permanently revoked.
We reserve the right to contest fraudulent disputes.
Future purchases may be denied.

We encourage customers to contact support before initiating any dispute.

Abuse of Refund Policy

We reserve the right to deny refunds to customers who demonstrate a pattern of excessive refund requests, content misuse, or digital exploitation.

If we determine that refund abuse has occurred, we may permanently ban access to our platform.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside standard policy may be considered only in extraordinary circumstances such as documented medical emergencies or legal obligations. Such exceptions are granted solely at our discretion and require supporting documentation.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will apply to purchases made after the effective date of the updated policy.
